We are proud to say that Airn Consultancy is a low carbon emission company. We have used the Carbon Trust’ calculator to discover that we emit approximately 674kg of CO2 equivalence a year, where the average emissions for a small business is approximately 4 tonnes. Based on this, our goal is to become carbon neutral by planting trees through several environmental charities that plant trees both in the UK and abroad.
We are putting an annual plan together to become a business that is a climate contributor. By this we mean we are going to continually support sustainable projects and charities that help to create a net-zero global carbon emissions level. Based on this we hope to plant ten trees in our first year to begin the path to carbon neutral.
